Mariae Cassandra

Mariae Cassandra is a rising alt-pop superstar from Perth, Western Australia. At only 17 years old, she has already created an online community around her project, garnering millions of views across her Tik Tok, Instagram and Youtube videos. Inspired by the sonic magic and whimsy of beabadoobee and Clairo, Mariae creates timeless, catchy tracks that have already landed her on internationally recognised playlists and nabbed her a spot as cover star for Fresh Finds Global.

2024 was Mariae’s breakthrough year. She took out the crown for triple j’s Unearthed High competition with her song ‘Million Billion Trillion’ – a wholesome love song dedicated to her bestie; toured nationally supporting WAFIA, signed to Select Music, and released her single ‘Seventeen’ through AWAL.

Fast forward to 2025, Mariae continues to go from strength to strength. She began her year warming the main stage for Charli XCX and beabadoobee at Laneway Festival, hit the road supporting Spacey Jane, South Summit, boywithuke, Kita Alexander, Darcie haven, and more, as well as performing for a packed stage at Hyperfest. It’s clear this is just the beginning for Mariae Cassandra.
