Abby Wallace

Abby Wallace is an emerging indie-pop artist from Lutruwita/Tasmania. She blends folk sensibilities with expansive production, crafting songs that are intimate, shimmering, and deeply human. Following a long creative pause, Abby’s return to music in 2025 has marked a powerful re-entry. Her debut singles have seen her receive widespread early praise, including key recognition from triple j Unearthed. This year, Abby has shared the stage with artists Adam Newling, Mia Wray and Thelma Plum.

Beyond music, Abby is also a writer, reader and mother. Whether in song or in prose, Abby’s work always reaches toward truth, tenderness, and the quiet bravery of being fully alive. She is currently moulding her debut collection of songs on the banks of the Kanamaluka/River Tamar in Launceston, alongside acclaimed producer John Castle.
